As the founder of Klaric Partners Property Consultants, established in Sydney 1997, Robert Klaric took pride in his reputation to provide a dynamic, innovative and progressive service to the widespread Sydney community. In 2011 Robert Klaric was recognized by one of the Country’s biggest leading agency McGrath Estate Agents founded by John McGrath to buy Klaric Partners Property which by this point was the market leader in its area, and a very well respected and established award winning agency.
In 2012, “The Property Expert” was created as a result of the public need for the professional services of an Independent property advisor and advocate, who exclusively looks after the Vendor as an Advocate and Trusted Advisor in all facets of real estate.
Robert has over the past 25 years, established an extensive understanding and appreciation for the many different properties and lifestyle attractions that the Sydney harbourside locations provide.
Robert’s extensive career has left him widely recognised among colleagues for a number of performance awards including several area record prices. Robert started work in the real estate industry in 1988 after over a decade in hospitality. In 2013 he celebrated his 24th wedding anniversary with Leonie and enjoys life with their children Alex 21 and Renee 20. Robert gives value back to the industry and the community. He is a past President of the Real Estate Institute (Northern Beaches division) of NSW and is frequently sought by leading print media and television for expert commentary on the real estate market in Sydney.
Robert is involved in the Sophie Delezio charity ‘Day of Difference’ and ‘Bear Cottage Hospice Manly’ for critically ill children, as well as sponsoring the local Seaforth Football Club and Balgowlah Heights public schools. A recent heart-felt project recognised as “Audrey’s wish” featured on Channel nine’s ACA program consisted of Robert and Leonie Klaric assisting in the purchase of a home to help a terminally ill cancer sufferer, Audrey Myrden provide for her three beautiful young boys, Jack, Charlie and Declan.
