Annandale
On this project we explored the need for good design, privacy, light and air on a restricted urban site. Within the existing warehouse shell, each of the contained units combine residential and home office uses. The interiors explore spatial flow and geometry, the occupant's eye continues from space to space, through to the courtyards, and finally to the sky above and the city views beyond. The overall feeling is expansive, yet flexible and adaptable - an ideal model for future urban living in Sydney.
